Parties at Titchy Town

We recommend 20 children in the village at any one time.

What’s included:

Sole use of Titchy Town and 2 staff on site running our coffee shop and keeping the area safe for all.

 

How your party will run:

• The party slot is for 1.5 hours and is perfect for parties without the formalities many party venues can bring.

• Parents bring along their own cake, party food and party bags for the timeslot – a few suggestions are fruit skewers, party nibbles, cookies, food boxes pre filled with a selection of sandwiches and cake.

• Children will play in the village for the first hour then come out of the role play village into the café area for happy birthday singing, food, snacks and drinks for the last 30 minutes.*

• At the end of the party a staff member will announce goodbye time and allow time for you to support your child to hand out their party bags at the door as your guests leave.

• We ask that all people attending the party have left 10 minutes after the end of the party slot (at the latest) to allow our staff time to clean and tidy before the next party arrives.

• For the grown ups … our delicious hot drinks and freshly made cakes are available to buy from our little coffee shop – if parents want to set up a tab to treat their friends – this can be arranged too!

*To ensure all our parties run smoothly, we must stick to the first hour of the party as play time in the role play village, followed by happy birthday singing, then staff will cut and wrap your cake for you while the role-play is closed and children eat any food/snacks you have provided. Staff will take care of all announcements and let you know what is needed and when.
